Dry it out fast. Rebuild it right.
Burst pipe, overflowing water heater, roof leak or rising floodwater: we extract the water, dry the structure, prevent mold and rebuild everything from drywall to flooring, with one team and one plan.

In our humidity, every hour counts
Water wicks up drywall, soaks into insulation and swells cabinets and baseboards fast. In Greater Houston’s heat and humidity, mold can start within 24 to 48 hours. The faster drying starts, the more of your home we can save, and the smaller the rebuild.
We handle both halves of the job. Our mitigation crew dries the structure and documents every reading, and our build crew puts your home back together, so nothing falls through the cracks between companies.

Flood vs. water damage: check your coverage
Standard homeowners policies typically cover sudden water damage, like a burst pipe, but not rising floodwater. Flood damage is usually covered by a separate flood policy (NFIP or private). We document and estimate for both, and the paperwork and process differ, so tell us which policies you have.
How much does water damage restoration cost?
Drying a single area often runs $1,500 to $5,000, while a full first-floor flood rebuild commonly ranges from $25,000 to $90,000 depending on flood height and finishes. You’ll get a written, line-item estimate. See our pricing page for more.
Water damage FAQs
Can wet drywall be saved?
Sometimes. Clean water caught quickly can often be dried in place. Drywall soaked by floodwater or sewage, or wet for more than a day or two, usually has to be cut out, typically two to four feet up the wall depending on how high the water wicked.
How long does drying take?
Most structures dry in three to five days with commercial equipment. We take readings every day and only remove equipment when materials reach a documented dry standard.
Should I run my AC or fans myself?
Running the AC helps lower humidity, and fans can help for small, clean-water spills. For anything larger, professional extraction and dehumidification work much faster and with documentation your insurer will want to see.
