We started Houston Rebuilders for the worst week of your life
Floods, hurricanes, fires and freezes have hit Greater Houston hard. We’ve seen too many neighbors juggle four contractors, get lost in insurance paperwork or lose a deposit to a storm-chaser. So New Creation Contracting built a better way.
Our story
Anyone who has lived through a flood or a major storm in Greater Houston knows what comes next: a soaked house, a phone full of contractors who won’t call back, and an insurance estimate that doesn’t seem to cover half of what you’re looking at.
The traditional restoration model splits the job up. One company dries the house, another tears out, a roofer handles the roof, and you’re left to find someone to put it all back together.
Houston Rebuilders is the restoration and remodeling division of New Creation Contracting. Every project is contracted, managed and warrantied by New Creation Contracting, so you get the focus of a specialist team with the full company standing behind it.
We do it all, with one team. Houston Rebuilders handles the emergency, documents the damage for your claim, and rebuilds your home from framing to final paint. One project manager, one contract, one warranty. And because our crews are craftsmen first, the same team builds beautiful kitchens, baths and renovations when nothing’s broken at all.
One accountable team
Your project manager is your single point of contact from the first call to the final walkthrough. No finger-pointing between trades.
