Spring home restoration and remodeling for established neighborhoods
Many Spring homes are 30 to 40 years old, with original plumbing, aging roofs and creek-side flood risk. We restore, upgrade and rebuild with one team.
Established homes along Spring and Cypress creeks
Spring’s neighborhoods sit between Cypress Creek and Spring Creek, and both have flooded homes in major events like Harvey. Even homes outside the floodplain face hail, wind and the occasional freeze, as 2021’s Winter Storm Uri proved with burst pipes across the area.
With so many homes from the 1980s and 1990s, we often find original polybutylene or aging copper plumbing, worn roofs and dated interiors. A rebuild is often a chance to fix all three.
What we see in Spring homes
- Aging plumbing. Original plumbing in older homes can fail suddenly, causing major water damage.
- Creek flooding. Homes near Cypress Creek and Spring Creek have flooded during major storms.
- End-of-life roofs. Many roofs are on their second cycle and vulnerable to wind and hail.

Spring restoration & remodeling FAQs
Should I replace my old plumbing during a water damage repair?
If the walls are already open and your plumbing is original or a known problem type like polybutylene, replacing it then is far cheaper than later. We’ll price it separately so you can decide.
Do you handle freeze damage?
Yes. Burst pipes from freezes cause sudden water damage, which is often covered by homeowners insurance. We extract, dry, document and rebuild.
