Floors that go down flat and stay that way

Hardwood, engineered wood, luxury vinyl plank and tile, installed over properly prepared subfloors with the moisture testing and leveling that most installers skip.

Great floors start below the floor

Most flooring problems (gaps, cupping, cracked tile, hollow spots) trace back to what happened before the first plank went down. Concrete slabs in Houston need moisture testing and leveling; wood subfloors need to be flat and solid.

We prep the subfloor properly, acclimate materials, undercut door jambs and finish with clean transitions and baseboards, so your new floors look finished, not just installed.

Houston slabs and humidity

Concrete slabs can release moisture that ruins wood and some vinyl floors. We test before installation and use the right barrier or product for the reading.

How much does new flooring cost?

Installed flooring in Greater Houston commonly runs $6 to $15 per square foot for luxury vinyl and engineered wood, and $10 to $25+ for tile and solid hardwood, including prep and removal. See our pricing page for how we build estimates.
