Bathroom remodeling

Beautiful bathrooms, waterproofed to last

Walk-in showers, tub-to-shower conversions, double vanities and full primary suites. Designed around how you live and built with the waterproofing details most remodelers skip.

What’s behind the tile matters most

As a restoration company, we tear out a lot of failed showers. Nearly every one failed for the same reason: poor waterproofing behind the tile. So every shower we build gets a proper waterproofing system, correctly sloped pans and sealed niches and benches.

The result is a bathroom that looks great on day one and stays that way, without the hidden leaks that rot subfloors and framing.

Soft spots or loose tile near your shower?

That’s often a sign of a long-term leak. Hidden water damage may be covered by insurance in some situations, though long-term leaks often aren’t. We’ll inspect, document what we find and give you honest options.

How much does a bathroom remodel cost?

In Greater Houston, bathroom refreshes commonly run $12,000 to $25,000, and full bathroom or primary suite remodels typically range from $30,000 to $80,000 depending on size, layout changes and finishes. See our pricing page.

Bathroom remodeling FAQs

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

Most bathroom remodels take three to six weeks of construction, depending on size, tile complexity and custom glass lead times.

Will removing my only tub hurt resale value?

Buyers with young children often like having at least one tub in the home. If you’re converting the primary bath and a tub remains elsewhere, a great walk-in shower is usually a plus.

Can I use the bathroom during the remodel?

Not the one being remodeled. If it’s your only bathroom, we’ll talk through scheduling to keep the toilet working for as long as possible during the project.
